The FAA has recently approved 2 new Portable Oxygen Concentrator’s for use during flight. The Invacare XPO2 and the Delphi Central Air were approved on January 15, 2009. Each airline has there own policy regarding these machines. Check your carrier for more details. We will have more information and video of people using these products soon.
